Oynamak için hesap gerekli mi?
Hayır. Her mod giriş yapmadan oynanabilir. Hesap yalnızca RIVALS günlük sıralaması için önemli, orada da otomatik olarak bir taneyle başlarsınız — Apple veya Google ile giriş yapmak sadece telefonunuzu kaybederseniz onu geri getirilebilir kılar.
İyi bir tur attım ama panoda yok
Gönderilen her tur, sizin kendi kontrol girdilerinizden sunucuda yeniden sürülür ve sıralamaya giren süre sunucunun ölçtüğü süredir. Yeniden üretilemeyen bir tur sıralanmaz — sıralamayı üzerinde bulunmaya değer kılan tam olarak budur. Temiz olduğunu bildiğiniz turlarda tekrarlıyorsa takma adınız ve pist ile bize yazın.
Turlarımın altındaki adı nasıl değiştiririm?
Profil → takma adınıza dokunun. Adlar 3 ilâ 16 harf, rakam veya boşluktur.
Başka bir oyuncuyu nasıl bildiririm veya engellerim?
Sıralamada o oyuncuya dokunun; kartında Bildir adı bize işaretler, Engelle o oyuncuyu gördüğünüz panolardan kaldırır. dewturk@gmail.com adresine de yazabilirsiniz.
Hesabımı nasıl silerim?
Profil → Hesabı sil. Bu, hesabınızı, takma adınızı, gönderdiğiniz her turu, sıralama konumlarınızı ve rekabetlerinizi kaldırır ve o cihazdaki yerel oyun verisini temizler. Anında gerçekleşir, geri alınamaz.
Cihazı kaybettiyseniz giriş yaptığınız adresten dewturk@gmail.com adresine yazın.
Oyun hangi verileri topluyor?
Gizlilik Politikası'na bakın. Kısa hâli: analitik yok, çökme raporlama yok, reklam yok, izleme yok, konum erişimi yok. Takma adınız, ülkeniz ve tur süreleriniz sıralamada herkese açık; başka hiçbir şey değil.
Oyun yanlış dilde
Ayarlar → Görüntü → Dil. CREST İngilizce, Türkçe, Almanca, İtalyanca, Fransızca, İspanyolca, Rusça, Japonca ve Brezilya Portekizcesi ile gelir.

Common questions
Do I need an account to play?
No. Every mode is playable without signing in. An account only matters for the RIVALS daily ladder, and even there you start with one automatically — signing in with Apple or Google simply makes it recoverable if you lose the phone.
I drove a good lap and it is not on the board
Every submitted lap is re-driven on the server from your own control inputs, and the time the server measures is the time that ranks. A lap that cannot be reproduced is not ranked — the ladder is worth being on precisely because of this. If it keeps happening on laps you know were clean, write to us with your handle and the circuit.
How do I change the name my laps appear under?
Profile → tap your handle. Names are 3 to 16 letters, digits or spaces.
How do I report or block another player?
Tap that player on the ladder; on their card, Report flags the name for us and Block removes that player from the boards you see. You can also write to dewturk@gmail.com.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Delete account. This removes your account, your handle, every lap you have submitted, your ladder positions and your rivalries, and clears the game's local data on that device. It is immediate and cannot be undone.
If you have lost the device, write to dewturk@gmail.com from the address you signed in with.
What data does the game collect?
See the Privacy Policy. The short version: no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising, no tracking, and no location access. Your handle, country and lap times are public on the leaderboard; nothing else is.
The game is in the wrong language
Settings → Display → Language. CREST ships in English, Turkish, German, Italian, French, Spanish, Russian, Japanese and Brazilian Portuguese.
